For me, sunrise is symbolic of a new beginning, every day. It also symbolises enlightenment. When I have my first cup of coffee each morning outside on the deck, early enough to greet the sunrise, my thoughts are focussed on how I will manifest my day into being. I try to be mindful of the power of my thoughts and the Law of Attraction. For the same ‘effort’ I have the ability to manifest a perfectly agreeable day or not, merely by thinking it so.
A few years ago I was introduced to Abraham Hicks, through whom I learnt about the Law of Attraction. Abraham said: “Enlightenment means literally aligning to the Energy of my Source. And genius is only about focusing. Law of Attraction takes care of everything else. Physical humans often want to make enlightenment about finding some process and moving through the process that has been pre-described. But true enlightenment is moving to the rhythm of the internal inspiration that is coming in response to the individual desire. Enlightenment is about allowing my Connection to the Source that is me for the fulfillment of the things that I have individually defined here in my time-space-reality. After my early morning with the sunrise I get ready to leave for my tarot salon from where I do readings for the public. It is with alignment to my desire that I enter this sacred space each day. From here I enjoy many hours daily participating in the manifestation of that desire, so that I may be in service to those who have been guided to seek wisdom, clarity and guidance through tarot.
Every sunrise is a new beginning and an opportunity for me to affirm my chosen path. In celebration of Litha it is my wish today that each of us align with our true desires and thereby effortlessly participate in the manifesting of those, beginning with the rising of the sun.
